Managing a letting
In the managing a letting process, we pride ourselves on being available at all times should a tenant or landlord have any requests.
Should a landlord decide that they only require our services for renting the apartment, this can be arranged.
Both managing and rental process
We can provide a service for both renting and managing, as well as organising all the necessary sectors which will include an inventory check in and check out for all three of these services.
- Agreeing a rental figure
- Reservation fee-deposit is taken for 1 week
- Referencing process-making sure the respected tenants is bonified and subsequently reporting to our client with our findings.
- Tenancy agreement is drafted- Online database has a sample of our lettings agreement which can be altered dealing with different requests.
- Inventory & pre-tenancy clean are booked Initial monies are received from the applicant, which can be organized through the appropriate banks.
- This can be dealt with within a matter of days. Keys will be released when all the necessary monies have been received.
- We supply at least two sets of keys and if necessary more sets can be organized.
